Two A1 HR projects at once received awards from the HR Brand Award for 2022. The awards ceremony took place on March 15, 2023.
In the New Approach nomination, the competition jury presented projects related to the introduction of new technologies in the organization of personnel work. The project “A1 Rozumer. Level up. School of digital technologies. With its help, the children of A1 employees were able to learn more about what their parents do at work, how the world of modern technologies and communications works, and how they can be used to solve a variety of issues in the real world.
The LETO A1 project was awarded in the Event nomination, where HR projects competed in organizing various events (corporate conferences, volunteer initiatives, promotions and corporate events for employees, etc.). The summer corporate event, despite its scale (it brought together more than 3 thousand employees and their families), was held in a relaxed and warm atmosphere and at the same time allowed the company to focus on its key values.
