The hero of the first special report was the owner of the SkyCross.by shoe and bag restoration workshop, Aleksey Kalinchuk. In just a year and a half, the business has developed into a full-fledged network of workshops, acquired its own workshop for 140 “squares” and launches a franchise in different cities of Belarus. Alexey participated in the Working Group three times, about how this affected his business – in our video.
